"Psyche" 2004
Improvisation by Sarah Morrison
with "special guest," Isabella Radke, born June 9, 2004
Mask by Scott Radke
In modern psychology, Carl Jung popularized the use of Psyche as the name for the creative and subconscious part of the mind. The Greek word means "the soul." In Greek mythology, Psyche was the name of the beautiful goddess-like woman who earned the love of Cupid, and bore his daughter whose name was Pleasure.
Sarah was seven months pregnant at the time of this improvisational performance.
